- Telah menyelesaikan jenjang D4/S1 Semua Jurusan. Bagi mahasiswa tingkat akhir dapat mengikuti beasiswa ini dengan catatan menyelesaikan kuliah sebelum 1 Agustus 2021.
- Berusia antara 18 s/d 29 tahun per tanggal 1 Agustus 2021.
- Mampu berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris dengan skor minimal TOEFL PBT 600 / TOEFL IBT 100 / IELTS 7. Bagi yang mengambil perkuliahan S1 bahasa Inggris minimal 2 tahun, tidak perlu melampirkan sertifikat tes bahasa Inggris (Karena banyak pusat tes bahasa Inggris yang tutup sementara karena COVID-19, maka untuk tahun ini pihak Schwarzman Scholars juga menerima hasil tes bahasa Inggris yang kadaluwarsa tahun 2019).
- Beasiswa ini juga dibuka untuk pelamar yang sebelumnya telah mendapatkan gelar Master, asalkan memenuhi persyaratan di atas.
- Bagi mereka yang telah menikah diperbolehkan membawa keluarga/pasangan namun tidak disediakan dana tambahan dukungan untuk keluarga. Para penerima beasiswa diwajibkan tetap tinggal di asrama dan keluarga yang menemani dapat mencari tempat tinggal di luar asrama.

- Berkas Dokumen Yang Dibutuhkan (softcopy):
- Ijazah dan transkrip nilai dari jenjang pendidikan sebelumnya yang dijadikan satu file PDF.
- Tiga (3) surat rekomendasi. Surat rekomendasi pertama dari profesor yang menggambarkan kemampuan akademik. Kemudian surat rekomendasi kedua berisi kemampuan kepemimpinan anda, bisa didapat dari atasan di tempat kerja, dosen, mentor, atau yang lainnya. Dan yang ketiga, surat rekomendasi yang berisi gambaran profil diri anda sebagai pelamar beasiswa (surat dari atasan di tempat kerja/mentor yang menjelaskan tentang kemampuan kepemimpinan, rekomendasi akademik tambahan, atau kombinasi dari dua pilihan diatas).
- Resume/Curriculum Vitae (CV) terbaru maksimal 2 halaman.
- Melampirkan 2 (dua) essay yaitu Leadership Essay (750 kata) dan Statement of Purpose (500 kata).
- Bukti kemampuan bahasa Inggris (Sertifikat TOEFL IBT/PBT/IELTS)
- Video pengenalan diri (tidak wajib) dengan durasi maksimal 1 menit (max. 20 MB).
*Seluruh dokumen yang belum menggunakan bahasa Inggris (misal: ijazah/transkrip nilai), harus diterjemahkan dalam bahasa Inggris.
