Untuk para Taretanku, kalian sudah PNS? tapi ingin kuliah di luar negeri dan biayanya yang kurang memadai? tenang saja guys, ini nih ada beasiswa yang sangat cocok untuk kalian khusus PNS, beasiswa dari Japan-IMF yang diperuntukkan bagi para PNS di Asia. Beasiswa ini merupakan tawaran dari pemerintah Jepang yang bekerja sama dengan Dana Moneter Internasional (IMF) bagi masyarakat benua Asia. Japan IMF Scholarship Program for ASIA (JIPSA) ini kembali ditawarkan bagi para pegawai pemerintahan yang berminat melanjutkan studi S2 atau S3 di Bidang Ekonomi Makro di universitas yang ada di Jepang.

Program ini terbagi menjadi dua jalur, jalur kerjasama (partnership track) dan jalur umum (open track). Pada partnership track, para peserta program dapat mempelajari bidang Ekonomi Makro hanya pada universitas yang bekerjasama dengan IMF. Sedangkan pada open track, peserta dapat mempelajari kajian Ekonomi Makro pada universitas manapun di Jepang. Maksudnya adalah bahwa universitas yang bisa dipilih tidak terbatas hanya yang memang memiliki kerja sama dengan IMF saja. Jadi intinya universitas mana saja di Jepang bisa dipilih asalkan menawarkan bidang Ekonomi Makdro yang sesungguhnya menjadi fokus program ini.

CAKUPAN BIAYA

Keuntungan yang akan didapatkan ketika anda menjadi awardee dari beasiswa ini yaitu anda akan mendapatkan biaya pendaftaran dan perkuliahan, tiket pesawat, asuransi kesehatan dan kecelakaan, uang saku beserta biaya hidup dan akomodasi, serta biaya penelitian untuk progra S3. Namun perlu diketahui juga bahwa beasiswa yang diberikan hanya 1 tahun dengan adanya evaluasi untuk lanjutan beasiswa di tahun berikutnya. Pemberian beasiswa maksimal 2 tahun untuk S2 dan 3 tahun untuk S3 asalkan memang pihak pemberi beasiswa memutuskan penerima layak mendapatkan lanjutan beasiswa lepas dari tahun pertama. Jadi perlu juga disiapkan rencana cadangan untuk biaya semisal tidak mendapatkan lanjutan beasiswa selepas dari tahun pertama.

PERSYARATAN

Berikut ini adalah persyaratan umum dan wajib untuk bisa mendaftarkan diri dan mengikuti seleksi program beasiswa S2 dan S3 di Jepang untuk PNS.

  • Merupakan warganegara dari salah satu negara yang telah ditentukan (termasuk Indonesia)
  • Merupakan pegawai dari salah satu instansi pemerintah atau terkait berikut: Bank Sentral, Kementerian Perekonomian, Kementerian Keuangan, Kementerian Perencanaan Pembangunan, Kementerian Perdagangan, Direktorat Jenderal Pajak, Badan Pusat Statistik, atau Lembaga Regulasi Keuangan. Program ini juga mempertimbangkan para pegawai yang bekerja di bidang pemerintahan lainnya yang memiliki dampak signifikan pada perumusan atau pelaksanaan kebijaksanaan ekonomi makro.
  • Memiliki gelar pendidikan Sarjana atau setara
  • Memiliki kemampuan bahasa Inggris yang ditunjukkan dengan skor minimal TOEFL 550 / iBT 79-80 / IELTS 6.0
  • Berkomitmen untuk memberikan kontribusi pada pembangunan di negara asal, dan bersedia kembali ke institusi tempat kerja di negara asal setelah menyelesaikan studi di Jepang
  • Pelamar yang berusia di bawah 40 tahun; belum mendapatkan gelar Master dari universitas di luar negeri; memiliki pengalaman kerja minimum 2-3 tahun di sektor public lebih diprioritaskan
  • Memiliki kondisi kesehatan jasmani dan mental yang baik

PERSYARATAN DOKUMEN

Kemudian selain persyaratan wajib seperti yang sudah disebutkan tadi, ada juga dokumen-dokumen yang memang dibutuhkan untuk seleksi beasiswa ini yaitu sebagai berikut:

  • Formulir Aplikasi pada link berikut https://goo.gl/ndvBX8
  • Salinan resmi ijazah dan transkrip nilai gelar Sarjana atau Pascasarjana yang telah diambil. Salinan resmi artinya salinan dari dokumen asli dengan segel resmi yang diberikan oleh kantor administrasi universitas.
  • 2 (Dua) Surat Referensi dari atasan di tempat kerja dan/atau pembimbing akademik atau profesor.
  • Salinan resmi sertifikat TOEFL/IELTS (jika ada). Jika tidak memiliki sertifikat TOEFL/IELTS, pelamar akan diminta untuk mengikuti tes TOEFL/IELTS sebelum mendapatkan keputusan akhir pengumuman pemenang beasiswa (hanya untuk program bahasa Inggris).
  • Surat penerimaan pendaftaran dari universitas yang dituju, atau salinan aplikasi pendaftaran ke universitas
  • Tesis atau bentuk paper yang setara

Dalam hal persyaratan dokumen seperti yang sudah disebutkan tadi, semuanya harus dikumpulkan versi aslinya beserta versi terjemahan resmi dalam bahasa Inggris. Ketika nanti memenuhi pesyaratan maka dokumen yang sudah dikumpulkan tidak akn dikembalikan lagi. Proses pendaftarannya wajib dimulai dengan pendaftaran pada program S2 atau S3 yang diinginkan di universitas-universitas yang ada di Jepang. Kemudian selain itu kelengkapan dokumennya harus dikirimkan ke tujuan berikut ini.
